Sahil Sharaya is an Indian film editor and director who has made his mark in both the film and web series industries. He was born and raised in Chhatehra, Gohana, Haryana. Sahil is the younger brother of Writer-Director Robin Sharaya. In 2017, after completing his schooling, Sahil joined the State Institute of Film and Television in Rohtak, Haryana. He started his career as the First Assistant Director of Totaa and later worked as an Associate Director for the web series Mewat (2023) and Pariksha (2023). Sahil Sharaya's short film Chhaya has been selected in various film festivals, including the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival, Chitra Bharati Film Festival, and the Chennai International Documentary and Short Film Festival. The film has won numerous awards, including the Best Student Film award.
